During the retreat, we will practice yoga & mindfulness meditations in the morning and evening, among other activities.
Our yoga retreat is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.
Among the people who join a yoga retreat, a community develops spontaneously. Yoga brings people together!
It is amazing how yoga has the gift of creating a connection between people. New friendships often develop from this. Conversations are inspiring and can be helpful, especially if there are things in your life that you would like to change. It's about you developing yourself personally. Often, all it takes is a thought-provoking impulse from which new perspectives can emerge and goals can be defined.

From my own experience and from the descriptions of the participants of the last yoga retreat, the experience, the relaxation, the laughter, the sharing with others and the relaxation will linger long after you return.

We will be provided with delicious vegan-vegetarian dishes by Mar Soulkitchen that will offer you completely new taste experiences and enliven your senses.

During the retreat week we offer you:
- 10 x yoga and meditation
- 1 workshop about the 7 chakras
- Cacao Ceremony
- 7 Chakra Sound Meditation
After I have received your registration, you will receive a down payment invoice for yoga and meditation of 350,00€.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the cost of the yoga retreat at the appropriate time.
Please take care of your own transportation costs (flight, taxi to the retreat location, taxi to the airport, etc.).
More information and a preliminary program about the retreat will follow in the 1st quarter of 2024.
We promise you an unforgettable yoga retreat, where we can dive much deeper into the yoga practice and yoga philosophy than is possible in a normal yoga class. You will always have free times in between to relax by the pool, read, write down your thoughts, or take a walk by the ocean that stretches just beyond the garden door. The beautiful town, Santa Eularia, invites you to stroll, store and stop for a bite to eat. So you can also feel the "Spirit of Ibiza" there, enjoy and immerse yourself in it.

We are both ERYT-500 yoga instructors.
This is currently the highest designation a teacher can hold within Yoga Alliance. It indicates that the teacher has completed 500 hours of training as well as 2000 hours of yoga teaching.
