Yoga begins where you are right now.
In my yoga studio, you'll find a tranquil atmosphere, small groups, and yoga that meets you exactly where you are in life. With experience, mindfulness, and genuine joy, I'll guide you on your yoga journey.
Personalized guidance. Experienced instruction. Inspiration through continuous learning.
Yoga in its original depth. Personal. Authentic. With heart.
Too many thoughts in your head. Too little exercise. Too little time spent with yourself.
You sit too much and move too little. Your neck is stiff, your back is aching, and your mind can't wind down in the evening. We're more "online" than ever before – constantly reachable, rarely truly relaxed.
This is precisely where yoga comes in. Through mindful, gentle movements performed in sync with your breath, your thoughts will quiet down. You'll notice a difference after just one session.

What yoga does to your body
Regular yoga practice has been proven to be good for you. You'll feel the effects quickly in the short term, and in the long term it will change your life, your awareness, and your relationships with other people
Your thoughts come to rest.
There are now many scientific studies on the benefits of regular yoga practice for health and well-being. It is scientifically proven that yoga reduces stress and tension and prevents burnout.
Your body will become strong and flexible.
Increased muscle strength, greater flexibility, improved posture, and higher bone density. Conscious movement patterns build stability and protect you from injuries.
Your health benefits from within.
Yoga strengthens your cardiovascular and immune systems, improves blood circulation, and supports detoxification. It can also alleviate inflammation and chronic pain.
You have more energy and sleep better.
Freer breathing, a balanced metabolism, and increased vitality and focus on your tasks will carry you through the day. You'll feel more alert, more productive, and find it easier to unwind in the evening.
Your mood improves
The positive feelings after a yoga class are not caused by a single "happiness hormone", but by the interplay of endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin, and by the fact that the stress hormone cortisol is reduced during the yoga practice.
The long-term benefits of a regular yoga practice
You will age healthily and with dignity, remain independent and mobile, live autonomously, travel alone, and pursue your hobbies. You will gain a positive outlook on life and develop greater joy, so that you can be there for your children and grandchildren for many years to come.

2. You attend at least 80% of the sessions.
3. After the last session, you will automatically receive your certificate of participation from me.
4. You submit it to your health insurance company – and receive the majority of the reimbursement.
* Missed sessions cannot be made up. Reimbursement requires attendance.
Yoga – your path to more stability, flexibility, balance and more mindfulness in your life
A gentle introduction and a counterbalance to your hectic everyday life. In my beautiful yoga studio, you'll immediately find peace, can be completely present, and focus solely on yourself. Gentle stretches, twists, and sometimes flowing sequences will calm your mind. You can forget your thoughts and worries for the duration of a yoga session and then enter a state of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra.
Hatha Yoga – the original form of yoga
Classical Hatha Yoga is a traditional, physically oriented style of yoga. It focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of mindfulness. The postures are performed mindfully and in rhythm with the breath, building strength, balance, and stability. This harmonizes body, mind, and spirit. The term is derived from Sanskrit. "Ha" represents the energy of the sun and activity, while "tha" represents the moon and signifies stillness and mindfulness. Hatha Yoga harmonizes these two energies and connects you with yourself, not only on the mat but also in your everyday life.
„Yoga is the journey of the self through the self." – B.K.S. Iyengar
Yoga for men only
Yoga isn't just for women – that's a myth. Men also get back pain. Men also sit too much. Men also need time out to slow down their daily lives, to calm their minds and reduce stress. Men also want to remain mobile, flexible, and independent as they age. This course is designed precisely for that – among men, in a relaxed atmosphere and without any pressure to perform.
Business Yoga – for your team
Do something good for your employees: yoga during their lunch break, or in the morning before meetings or workshops. This offering helps your employees proactively protect themselves against stress and other health problems. Yoga improves concentration, leading to increased focus and productivity. In the long run, this creates a win-win situation for both your employees and your company.
I offer weekly yoga classes at your company.
Yoga Nidra – deep relaxation
It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as four hours of sleep. While your body rests, your mind, thoughts, and soul find peace. The technique shifts your brainwaves from an active, stressed state to deep relaxation: stress hormones decrease, blood pressure normalizes, and the immune system strengthens. You fall asleep more easily and sleep more soundly. Yoga Nidra does not replace sleep – but it brings you from tension and stress to calm, balance, and clarity.
Antastha Yoga – the journey inwards
"Antastha" means "the deepest." With an eye mask, you block out the stimuli of everyday life and the up to 50,000 thoughts that can flood your mind in a day. Your senses turn inward, your movements follow your breath – stillness within movement. This conscious deprivation of light stimulates melatonin production, which is essential for healthy sleep, a strong immune system, and anti-aging. Antastha Yoga leaves you feeling energized and focused. I am a certified Antastha Yoga teacher and will guide you on this journey to your inner self.

The philosophy of Yoga
Yoga is more than just exercise. It's a path to inner clarity and freedom that's over 5,000 years old – and surprisingly relevant to our modern lives. If you'd like to delve deeper, you'll find the basics here.
The Eight Limbs of Yoga
Patanjali's eight-limbed path is a holistic journey to inner freedom. It comprises eight stages that harmonize body, mind, and spirit. This path is not just for yogis – it can serve as a guide for everyone to live a conscious and peaceful life.
Yamas
Niyamas
Asanas
Pranayama
Pratyahara
Dharana
Dhyana

Niyamas
The Niyamas are inner values and personal recommendations for a conscious lifestyle – together with the Yamas, they form the ethical foundation of yoga. They also originate from Patanjali's eight-limbed path of yoga. They invite us to cultivate mindfulness, self-care, self-love, and inner growth in everyday life.
The five Niyamas
Yamas
The Yamas are the ethical foundation of yoga and originate from Patanjali's eight-limbed path. They describe a mindful approach to our environment and to other people. They serve as a guide for a conscious and respectful life – both on and off the mat.
The five Yamas
Die Kleshas – Shadows on the Path to Light
Deep within us resides a silent knowing: We are more than our thoughts, roles, and stories. The five veils – the Kleshas – obscure this light and separate us from the truth of our being.
Avidyā – not knowing (ignorance)
Asmitā – Self-centeredness (Ego)
Rāga – Attraction, attachment
Dvesha – the aversion (dislike)
Abhinivesāh – The Fear of Death
Understanding the five Kleshas
